Craccum is kicking off its 2025 events calendar with a night to remember—and you’re invited.

In an exciting collaboration with Pan Asian Music Showcase Night to kick off their upcoming concert at Spark Arena, we’re thrilled to present our first public event of the year: a high-energy evening of live music featuring a K-pop group and an incredible lineup of Pan-Asian artists.

Taking place in The Quad on Monday, May 19, from 6 PM onwards, this celebration of music, culture, and connection is open to all students.

As always, it’s completely free.

This event is more than just a night of entertainment. It marks the beginning of a wider celebration: the artists performing on the night are also part of a major concert scheduled to take place next month at Spark Arena. That means you’ll be among the first to experience a preview of what promises to be one of the year’s most talked-about shows.

But it’s not just about the music. We’ll also be serving up free food and soft drinks to keep you fuelled throughout the night. Whether you’re a longtime K-pop fan, a lover of live music, or simply keen to soak in the vibes, there’s something here for everyone.

Craccum is proud to support Pan-Asian creativity and collaboration, and this event is our way of bringing students together to celebrate shared culture and diverse voices. It’s a chance to connect, dance, and kick back with friends before semester pressure kicks in again.

RSVP below to secure your spot - you don’t want to miss this.

See you at The Quad!

Kaupapa-Driven Purpose, Pan-Asian Pride

The Pan-Asian Music Showcase Night uses the power of music to combat isolation among Asian youth in Aotearoa. By creating a welcoming space for artists and audiences to connect, the event celebrates cultural identity, amplifies underrepresented voices, and encourages intercultural exchange. It’s more than a concert—it’s a step toward belonging, visibility, and community for young Asians in New Zealand.

Craccum would like to sincerely thank Han Lee from Pan-Asian Music Showcase Night for his generous support and for making this collaboration possible.
