Issue #8 People's Choice | Vote Now for 1st Loser Bracket (Round 2)
Following up from yesterday's update on the voting tournament for Issue #8 of Craccum 2025 (People's Choice), 11 of the original 46 proposed themes have now been permanently eliminated from the running following yesterday's vote:

The remaining themes have now advanced into Round 2 of the 1st Loser Bracket, and voting for Round 2 is currently underway.
Theme Tournament Commentary:
Altogether, 42 voters sealed the fate of these 11 themes, which have now been permanently eliminated from the People's Choice theme tournament:
- Portugal Edition
- Clarence Edition
- Christmas Edition
- No Theme
- Parents Edition
- Foreign Affairs Edition
- Dreamworks Edition
- Skyrim Edition
- Violence Edition
- iPhone Edition
- Dora the Explorer Edition
Unsurprisingly, the biggest loser of the whole tournament and yesterday's vote was Clarence Edition (9.5%), a character from the Australian animation series The Big Lez Show, who was pummelled by Craccum The Musical Edition (90.5%). Other more specific themes were also eliminated from the tournament, including iPhone, Dora the Explorer, Dreamworks and Portugal Edition.
Craccum's contributors and readers cried "Bah humbug!" delivering a vote of no confidence (57.1%) against the possibility of a Christmas Edition (42.9%)
The hardest-fought battles from the first round of the 1st Loser Brackets were between Michael Scott Edition vs. Skyrim Edition and Comedy Edition vs. Parents Edition. Both were tied all the way up till the final hour of voting, when two votes in favour of Michael Scott Edition and Comedy Edition secured their survival in the tournament for another day! Funny how things turn out.
